Price information/business conditions

Prices valid per night/apartment and up to 2 people.
A flat rate of 10.00 € per night will be charged for each additional person.
Including all utilities and provision of bed linen and towels on arrival and cleaning on departure.
Non-smoking policy: For your own sake and in consideration of other holiday guests,
we kindly ask you to refrain from smoking in our apartments and rooms.
1 Parking space included (if supplied).
Pets (please ask us first) 6.00 € per night.

Visitor’s tax is not included and must be paid locally

Modes of payment - cancellation conditions

After receipt of the confirmation of reservation respectively fixed reservation 25% of the total price become due, the remainder until 4 weeks before the journey.
Cancellation of Confirmed Booking:
We will charge a cancellation fee of 60 % of the total cost up to four weeks before arrival date, thereafter 80 % of the total cost will be payable.
